Kezia Constantine is the Paralegal for the Federal Capital Habeas Project. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she joined the project in 2018. Kezia is responsible for collecting and updating data on capital § 2255 cases. She also supports litigation by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing files; requesting life history records from different agencies; and conducting research. Kezia has previously worked as an intern investigator at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia in the parole, juvenile, and trial divisions.
